Past cases

A company looking for investment to rescue a cash strapped situation was badly managed and rifts were developing between the directors. No investor would look at it in those circumstances. The internal problems needed resolving beforehand. Bob Shepherd associates gave Management Skills advice to the director in charge of day to day work and suggestions for better credit control eased the cash position making the company an attractive proposition.
